Utica Customer Information Booth to Close Monday, November 16, 2020 The Customer Service Information Booth inside the Utica Transit Hub will be closed to the general public starting Monday, November 16 th until further notice. Please note the following: Customers who need to purchase Ride Passes may do so using the Ticket Vending Machine inside the Transit Hub Lobby, via Centro’s Online Store at https://online-centro-org.3dcartstores.com , or at participating vendor locations listed at https://bit.ly/2xBcl8e . Customers wishing to purchase or renew their Reduced Fare ID Card may do so at the Transit Hub Information Booth on Wednesdays ONLY between the hours of 10:30am and 1:30pm. Customers with service-related questions should either seek out a Centro Supervisor for assistance, or contact Centro’s Call Center at (315) 442-3400.
